IMDIFL12MC

The IMDIFL12MC is a part of Schneider Electric’s Vigilohm range, specifically designed for monitoring ungrounded/IT electrical networks at the feeder level, complying with installation and product standards. This advanced fault locator, equipped with Modbus communication, operates within a voltage range of 100-440VAC/DC.

This device enables insulation fault location when paired with IM400 series, XM300, or XM200. It is engineered to monitor 12 feeders, accommodating AC, DC, and ACDC configurations, with voltages up to 1000V when used with the IFL12VA1T voltage adaptor.

Key features include measuring insulation resistance and leakage capacitance per feeder, configurable settings via the front HMI screen or communication port, and parameters such as alarm thresholds, channel naming, toroid type, and filtering time.

Each feeder’s insulation resistance ranges from 100 ohms to 250 kilohms, while leakage capacitance spans from 1 to 15 microfarads. The device initiates auto-tests every 5 hours and on demand. Upon detecting insulation resistance below the threshold, alarms are triggered through the IFL output relay, HMI, and communication port.
